Easily administered at home, infusion therapy is the delivery of medication through an infusion device or catheter. For most of our patients it is a continuation of intravenous therapy received in the hospital.

Training and Support

Upon referral, we meet with you before you leave the hospital to discuss your infusion therapy. Once home, we provide patient- focused comprehensive training materials, and also teach you the best way to administer your medication. You do not need to be a health care professional to safely and successfully administer infusion therapy at home.

Our goal is to help patients and their families meet desired outcomes with cost savings and confidence. We will work closely with you to answer all your questions and make sure you are comfortable with your therapy.

Insurance: Many commercial and government health plans cover home infusion therapy as a medical benefit. Your insurance plan will be reviewed by a Boothwyn Pharmacy reimbursement specialist to determine your specific coverage.
