BPI Customer Care Programs

  • We follow the guidelines of your facility, NABP, PCCA ACVP, PCCB, NABLEX, OBRA, HIPPA, and the State Pharmacy Board to assure that we are in compliance with all regulations.

  • Pharmaceutical care planning including pre-admission screening to insure proper drug selections, safety, efficacy, outcomes, and cost. Our clinical programs include Drug Utilization Reviews, Drug Information and Education, and Formulary/Disease State Management.

  • Pharmacist House Call Program responsibilities encompass both proactive and retroactive monthly drug utilization reviews, and patient by patient medication reviews.

  • In-service Trainings Our clinical staff of pharmacists will provide in-services on a wide variety of medical topics.
  • Our billing department can handle all your needs, including processing the online billing of all Med D programs, Medicare B, and Medicaid billing.
  • We also have the ability to bill each patient's payee directly.
