ISO Certified Clean Room

At Boothwyn Pharmacy's, custom-compounded prescription medications are prepared in our state-of-the-art clean room. Our pharmacists are trained in aseptic technique and compounding. They follow strict lab procedures to maintain quality, accuracy and sterility.

All sterile compounding is performed by a pharmacist who is responsible to make sure every aspect of sterile compounding, from the proper storage of chemicals to sterility testing of the finished product, is followed according to aseptic protocol.

Prior to a medications being dispensed to a patient, our sterile compounds undergo sterility testing. Results from the testing are documented and maintained on file for both the physician and patient assurance.
